For the home chef, our partners offer classes in a structure cooking school setting, personalized one-on-one classes using a Forno Bravo wood-fired oven in a country setting, and even indiviudal classes in your Forno Bravo oven at your home.
Our professional cooking school partners can help you or your restaurant become certified by a number of organizations, including the Vera Pizza Napoletana Association and the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. Our partners offer classes in Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA and Naples, Italy.

Tony Gemignani is the first Master Instructor in the United States and students will have the opportunity to get certified in Classic Italian Pizza, Roman Style Pizza or Pizza in Teglia (Pan Pizza). The certifications come direct from Italy and the course will be available several times a year.
