Spring has officially sprung! As the weather starts to warm up, it brings with it beautiful and vibrant flowers, t-shirts, sandals, and outdoor family get-togethers! This season, the Forno Bravo Team would like to take a moment to think about the warmth and joie de vivre that sharing food, fire and family brings into our lives. Thank you for supporting our on-going mission and the wood fired community as a whole.

Here’s what’s inside this month’s newsletter…

First, we had our debut appearance at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, NV. Our Napoli120, paired with Leo Spizzirri’s live oven demos, really stole the show!
