The Professionale KD Series is a family of smaller ovens designed for restaurants who want a complete pizza oven, but whose kitchen is located through a doorway or up stairs. While the Professionale ovens are slightly smaller, and less expensive than our Modena2G ovens, they are built using the same ultra-premium refractory and insulating materials, and optimal oven proportions, including the perfect Oven Dome Height and Oven Opening Size for baking Pizza Napoletana.

Each Forno Bravo Knocked Down (KD) oven includes everything found in the stand fully-assembled oven, so that there is nothing additional to purchase. The oven can be easily assembled without any specialized tools.

The ovens feature a commercial-grade 3.25" cooking dome, a 2.5" firebrick tile cooking floor and extra thick 4" (side and floor) - 6" (top) ceramic insulation, providing both the perfect oven for baking artisan pizza and excellent value.

The Professionale KD Series ovens are available in 44" and 48" sizes, in either wood-fired, of Gas with Gas/Wood Combo.
