The Forno Bravo Cucina Series is a line of prefabricated metal stands and insulating hearths for the Casa Series pizza ovens. The Cucina stand provides the owner and builder with rapid installation and the ability to use world-class thermal insulators in a cost-effective package.
Our Cucina hearth tray enables builder to utilize layers of space-age, light-weight thermal and insulating materials set in a steel frame. The hearth provides similar heat retention qualities to those found in commercial ovens, in a package designed for the home owner.
The hearth can be used either with the supplied metal stand, or with a site-built concrete block stand. Either way, the oven owner benefits from rapid installation, reduced cost, and outstanding performance.
To speed installation, the stand can be faced with metal studs and concrete board. After setting the stand, oven and insulation in place, the builder simply creates an oven surround with concrete board, which can be finished to any style, including stone, brick or stucco.
Because these stands use steel and light-weight thermal products, they are ideal for indoor installation and for outdoor installations where weight and easy-of-installation are important factors.
