UL737, UL2162, NSF/ANSI-4, and ANSI-Z83.11a Certification

Forno Bravo and Intertek-ETL Semko today announced that the Forno Bravo Casa, Premio, Ristorante, Modena W, and Modena G, wood-fired and gas/wood combo pizza ovens are now Listed to the UL737, UL2162, NSF/ANSI-4 and ANSI-Z83.11a standards.

UL2162 is the most recently developed standard for wood-burning ovens and the UL737 standard covers Fireplace Stoves. If your building inspector will be approving your installation, make sure that you us an oven that is Listed to both UL737 and UL2162. NSF/ANSI-4 covers health and sanitation issues for restaurants and ANSI-Z83.11a covers product satety for commercial gas cooking appliances.
