Great news. — the Craftsy mini-pizza course launched yesterday and we already have 2,200 subscribers! To get the free video course, “Perfect Pizza at Home” go to www.craftsy.com/pizza and sign up. Did I mention that it’s FREE!! I just watched the whole series from my hotel room (yes, I’m still in Texas) and I have to say, I’m really pleased with how it turned out. Check it out and let me know what you think.
Now, on to Houston….

Awesome online class.
Seeing the dough at its various steps of completion, especially at the mixing stage, GREATLY improved my pizza.
Ah the quest, so delicious.
Many thanks Peter!
Just wanted to say that I loved your free pizza class! I have a couple of your books, but it’s always nice to see the video for technique. Really helpful!
Bonjour Peter,
I am a culinary student (seasoned one at that/smile) and because of the rush in class I have to pursue some learning on my own if I want to make this work for me..OMG your free pizza course is ‘unbelivable’. You ARE a TRUE teacher at heart and there is no question about it, you obviously love what you do and the fact that you want to share your knowledge. All I can say is a big MERCI.. I have signed up for more than one class and thumbs up to the creator of Craftsy, he has chosen the best of the best teachers!! The Nation (Canada and Amercia) have to re-learn how to make things (cooking & sewing). Both arts were (I say were) being lost but are now coming back. Teachers at Craftsy are showing us ‘FINALLY’ that it’s not that hard to do this.
Again, thank you to you and to Craftsy.
I highly, higly — did I say highy! – recommend all Craftsy courses.
