Great news. — the Craftsy mini-pizza course launched yesterday and we already have 2,200 subscribers! To get the free video course, “Perfect Pizza at Home” go to www.craftsy.com/pizza and sign up. Started the new pizza class on Craftsy last night from our hotel room in Nebraska – FABULOUS! Can’t wait to get off the road and get back to the bread & pizza. BTW, out wild yeast starter is enjoying a road trip as well. Have fun in TX and good luck with your classes!

😆 Peter, Thanks. The mini course is nice .I made the country pizza…Wow! I still learning how to open a dough as you do with your hands, but the smell and taste was delicious.
