Great news. — the Craftsy mini-pizza course launched yesterday and we already have 2,200 subscribers! To get the free video course, “Perfect Pizza at Home” go to www.craftsy.com/pizza and sign up. Did I mention that it’s FREE!! I just watched the whole series from my hotel room (yes, I’m still in Texas) and I have to say, I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I love this course. It is great. I would like to see an extended pizza class on craftsy no matter if I have to pay for it. I just want to learn more about your delicious pizzas. Thank you Petter for a great class.

This is a great course. It is nice to see how you do the various steps. I regularly make pizza from the recipe in Artisan Bread Every Day and they always come out terrific! I look forward to trying some of the different doughs. Thank you for making this available.
