Please enjoy some of the photos from The Ultimate Pie workshop put on by Joseph Pergolizzi of The Fire Within where Peter was a special guest speaker/chef. It was an amazing weekend, where Peter came to teach, but also learned from a great group of mobile wood-fired oven pizza operators, as well as home chefs from across the country, who attended Joseph’s conference. We were treated to some great food, local ingredients, and a beautiful fall weekend in Boulder, Colorado.

Thanks to our sponsor Bel Gioioso Cheese, we were able to bring our film crew and attend the seminar with Peter and shoot some great footage that you will begin to see over the coming months!
