Wood-fired Pancit

Servings 5 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb chopped chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 head sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 bag chopped string beans
  • 1 chopped large carrot
  • 8 oz bihon noodles or rice noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the meats with along with the onions and garlic.
  • Set them aside when they are done.
  • Cook the veggies next in the same pan.
  • Set them aside when they are done.
  • In the same pan, pour the water and fish sauce in it. Mix.
  • Add the rice noodles to soak the water up.
  • Add the chicken and vegetables.
  • Serve on a plate and add some lemon juice. Enjoy.
