Wood-fired Pancit
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 lb chopped chicken thighs
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 head sliced cabbage
- 1/2 bag chopped string beans
- 1 chopped large carrot
- 8 oz bihon noodles or rice noodles
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup Oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the meats with along with the onions and garlic.
- Set them aside when they are done.
- Cook the veggies next in the same pan.
- Set them aside when they are done.
- In the same pan, pour the water and fish sauce in it. Mix.
- Add the rice noodles to soak the water up.
- Add the chicken and vegetables.
- Serve on a plate and add some lemon juice. Enjoy.
