
Cheese-stuffed Meatballs and Spaghetti

Got some heat left in your oven after last night’s pizza party? Perfect. This easy meatball recipe is just what you need.
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheeese
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Marinara and Spaghetti
- 14 oz Canned tomatoes Crushed
- Salt and Pepper To taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley For color
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 box Pasta
Garnish
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley Just a few sprinkles
Instructions
Meatballs
- Mix the meatball ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape the meatballs to your desired size
- Cut the cheddar cheese into cubes. They should be small enough to fit in the meatballs.
- Stuff the cheese in the meatballs.
- Bake the meatballs in your Forno Bravo oven for about 15-20 minutes at 350-400F. Check on the meats every once it a while; Internal temperature = 165F.
Marinara and Pasta
- Add crushed tomatoes to a pan.
- Add the butter, salt, pepper, and parsely; mix.
- Put the pan in the oven for about 5 minutes. Your goal is to just heat it up.
- Boil the pasta to your desired firmness.
Spaghetti
- Plate, garnish, and enjoy!
