Cheese-stuffed Meatballs and Spaghetti

Meatballs
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheeese
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Marinara and Spaghetti
- 14 oz Canned tomatoes Crushed
- Salt and Pepper To taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley For color
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 box Pasta
Garnish
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley Just a few sprinkles
Meatballs
Mix the meatball ingredients in a bowl.
Shape the meatballs to your desired size
Cut the cheddar cheese into cubes. They should be small enough to fit in the meatballs.
Stuff the cheese in the meatballs.
Bake the meatballs in your Forno Bravo oven for about 15-20 minutes at 350-400F. Check on the meats every once it a while; Internal temperature = 165F.
Marinara and Pasta
Add crushed tomatoes to a pan.
Add the butter, salt, pepper, and parsely; mix.
Put the pan in the oven for about 5 minutes. Your goal is to just heat it up.
Boil the pasta to your desired firmness.
