“My inspiration for purchasing the oven came from our honeymoon in Italy. My wife and I ate Neapolitan-style pizza at almost every meal. The ingredients were fresh and simple, yet the pizza was light and delicious, better than any pizza we get back home. I wanted to be able to replicate that experience at home. I took a class on how to make Neapolitan pizza and that’s when I realized I needed a brick oven to do so.
What I love about my Forno Bravo Napolino is that, not only is it a beautiful piece of artwork and the star of my patio, but it also makes awesome authentic Neapolitan pizza. It’s been especially nice to have as of late, as backyard pizza parties have become a frequent event for my family during the pandemic’s stay-at-home orders!”
