“I have a primavera and LOVE it. I just had my unit covered with glass tile…it looks so good. The installer put a coating on the outside of the oven to keep the heat from getting too hot for these delicate tiles. It turned out better than I anticipated.

My daughter is a chef who trailed in Italy and is working at Juniper and Ivy here in San Diego (one of the top 5 places in San Diego.) She cooled these lamb chops in our pizza oven. We use it for everything.”
