“It’s very satisfying to make pizzas, not only to the exacting standards of Napoletane -style using our own garden-grown San Marzanos, arugula, etc, but also to experiment with other various toppings. I grew up in an Italian family and always appreciate a good pizza, but now we make excellent pizzas right at home. Fun to entertain guests on the back patio, and we have barely scratched the surface of other things we can cook and bake in this awesome oven.”
