“I love to experiment with cooking various foods in the oven, from bread to roast pork or chicken. When firing up the oven, we usually plan a whole cooking day and make pizzas first, followed by other dishes that use a slower cooking method, as the heat decreases. One of the best meals we’ve made was a tandoori-style chicken with naan. Love how the wood-smoked flavor comes through. Delicious!”
