“Hello. My Italian name is Giovani Antonio Biancini, Executive Chef, Cafe Bianco, “Home of Authentic Italian Cuisine”. As a first-generation Italian-American, I have always wanted to add a wood-fired pizza oven outside. After much research, it was clear that Forno Bravo was the best, and most authentic, oven available. So, as part of a major construction project at my home, we built an entire Italian Terrazza around the star of the show: a Forno Bravo pizza oven!
With a floor temperature of 650F and a dome temperature of 850F, we are cooking our 10-12″ pies in about 2 minutes. The best part is that the pizza creation and cooking has become an exciting event for La Famiglia and our friends, and their friends.
