“When we moved into a new home in late December, we began the search for a wood fired oven for our patio. We wanted to make pizza and bake bread, roast meats and vegetables, and all the other things you can prepare in an open oven.

Previously, we had built a wood fired oven on our own using firebricks to line the heating chamber. This oven was good, but required 3 to 4 hours to get the temperature up to an acceptable level. Now in a new home, we decided to again build an oven, but one that was far easier to use!”
