Foodie Family has Fun with a Casa Wood Fired Oven

“I had been considering a wood-fired oven for years, but did not pull the trigger to purchase because I was concerned it would be too much work starting fires, which would result in not using the oven regularly. After watching a youtube channel for “The Wood-Fired Oven Chef“, I saw how easy it was to get fires started, and a wide array of foods that could be cooked and not limited to pizzas. The Wood Fired Oven Chef listed the specs of his oven on his website, which he purchased from Forno Bravo, which led me to ultimately get the Casa100 oven.

We are thrilled with our oven. It is a game-changer. The food tastes amazing. The pizzas are great, but we cook a wide variety of foods in the oven. Cooking steaks on the Tuscan grill are phenomenal. Additionally, we have cooked whole fish, rack of lamb, breads, chili, vegetables, mussels and clams, and a variety of desserts.
The other really cool aspect of the oven is that it becomes a gathering point for entertainment. Everyone loves making their own pizzas. The kids absolutely get a kick out of it.

The accessories are easy to get and you only really need a handful of items along with good cast iron cookware. Finally, getting good wood is a must but we have had no issues finding quality wood. If you are a true foodie a wood-fired oven is a must. “
