Enjoying a Backyard Bella Oven

“I was first exposed to home wood pizza ovens on visits to Italy. Came to love wood fired pies and eventually bought my Bella, and have loved using it since. We are going to build a new deck this coming summer and give it a better home.

We installed ours in our backyard. We have done a lot of pizzas and some roasted root vegetables, spatchcock chicken, and a few other things. Working on making bread that does not look like coal. LOL”
