Clarence S’ Wood Fired Toscana Oven in Colorado

“I was inspired by a friend who has one of your ovens. I have now 5 grandkids, (probably by the end of the week- make that 6!!), and they all like pizza. The oldest is only eight years old, so we have a lot of years to be able to enjoy making and eating pizza!! The oven is very easy to use, and being a woodturner, I have lots of extra wood that I can use in the oven.

I think your oven looks absolutely beautiful in our backyard, and I’m starting to really get the hang of making and cooking good pizzas. The first wasn’t that great, unless you pretty much like charcoal, but since that first one, they just keep getting better and better. I had my Italian class over for an evening pizza and Italian meal, and our teacher said everything was SOOO Italian!! I’m thrilled to have your oven and you were really great to deal with. Thanks you so much for making such a stunning product.”
