Wood-Fired Korean BBQ Short Ribs
Equipment
- 1 Tuscan Grill
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Minced ginger
- 2 tbp Sesame oil
- 3 tbp Brown sugar
- 3 lbs Short ribs
- 2 pinches Green Onions for garnish
Instructions
- Start a fire in your Forno Bravo oven.
- Wait for the wood to turn to coals.
- While waiting, mix the marinade in a bowl.
- Add the meat into the marinade.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes. Optionally, you can marinate the meat for 12 hours.
- Slide your tuscan grill over a bed of coals in the oven and wait for it to get hot.
- With a high-temp glove or a metal hook, pull the tuscan grill to the oven's landing.
- Put the short ribs on the grill and push the grill back into the oven.
- Grill each side of the meat for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with rice and sprinkle with green onions.
