Wood-fired Curry Roasted Chicken

Prepared to perfection in our traditional wood-fired oven, this succulent dish boasts a harmonious fusion of aromatic spices and smoky flavors. The tender spatchcock chicken is roasted to achieve a crispy, golden exterior while maintaining its juicy tenderness inside.

Embark on a culinary journey like no other with our Wood-Fired Oven Curry Roasted Spatchcock Chicken—an exquisite dish that promises to delight your palate and ignite your senses.

Curry Roasted Chicken


  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Spiceology Vadouvan Seasoning or yellow curry powder
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • 1 whole Spatchcocked chicken
  • 2 sticks Butter



  • To spatchcock the chicken, cut down both sides of the backbone and remove it.
  • Split the chicken to lay flat.
  • Melt the butter and mix it with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lift up the skin and run the mixture on the meat.
  • Rub the same mixture on the skin and season with your yellow curry powder or Vadauvan seasoning.
  • Place the chicken in a cast iron skillet.
  • In a 500-600F Forno Bravo oven, roast the chicken for about 25 minutes or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165F.


  • Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, and curry powder until fully incorporated.
  • Serve with naan bread.
