Honey rosemary Salmon

Brick Oven Honey Rosemary Salmon

Sweet and earthy, this recipe serves up a salmon with a crisp exterior and moist interior for a delicious dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbs rosemary
  • 3 tbs honey

Instructions
 

  • Salt, pepper, and rosemary the flesh side of fish.
  • Place the butter in a terra cotta or stainless steel pan and brown the butter in the pizza oven.
  • Place the fish flesh down in the butter for 5 minutes, so the fish, rosemary, and butter fuse and the fish is lightly brown.
  • Remove the pan, and flip the fish over, so the flesh is facing up. Pour the honey over the fish, return the pan, and bake until the fish is done. Somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes.

Notes

If you like your Salmon medium toward rare, the oven can give you a crispy outside and a moist inside.
