Coming Attractions, Week of Sept. 12th
Lots of new things this week, including Part Three of the Tony Gemignani webisode series on Thursday. If you haven’t seen last week’s webisode, check it out, as Tony shows how he makes his World Championship Margherita Pizza. This week, he shows us some new tricks.
Also, on Tuesday We’ll continue exploring the beer/pizza parallels in Peter’s Blog, which will include a report from Brad about his first taste of The Bruery Challenge Beer, while still in development, which will be unveiled on Sept. 30th at The Great American Beer Festival in Denver (we’ll be filming all that for a future webisode, for those who are just joining us for the first time).
On Wednesday, we’ll be posting an Instructional recipe and pictorial from Teresa Greenway, our sourdough expert, on sourdough dessert pizzas. You’ll want to check that one out!
We’re still working on the Friday Guest Column and am hoping it will be ready in time. If not, we’ll put it up when it’s ready. Things happen fast around here when they happen and then, sometimes, they don’t. It’s always something new, even for us, here at Pizza Quest.
