Coming Attractions
Happy New Year!!
This week (Jan. 3-8), we will be posting all new material and will also begin posting all items on a regular schedule.
Monday will be Coming Attractions day.
Tuesday will be Peter’s Blog day.
Wednesday will be Gallery Day or New Recipe Day (we’ll alternate).
Thursday will be New Video Day (this will be either a Webisode or an Instructional, on an alternating basis).
Friday will be Guest Column Day as well any other new news.
So, to get specific, this week we’ll be posting some Gallery photos from our visit to Pizzeria Mozza on Wednesday, and on Thursday we will continue with the Pizzeria Mozza webisode episodes–this will be the second of seven Mozza episodes, and in this one you will meet Executive Chef and head pizzaiolo Matt Molina. who will tell us a little about life in Mozza world. On Friday, we have a guest column from Joseph Pergolizzi, the founder of The Fire Within.
