“The first time I had wood fired pizza was at a friend’s house and let’s just say, I was hooked. I couldn’t believe the taste and texture; it was amazing! We took a trip to New York to visit various pizza places, and from then on I knew I had to get a wood fired oven for myself. After some research, I had to get the Forno Bravo Napolino 60.
I never realized how much work went into making a quality pizza, but I know it is worth the time and effort. I still have a lot of learning to do and look forward to getting better each time. I have hosted many parties with both friends and family, and the feedback makes me feel like I am a pizza master. My wife was not a pizza fan until having wood fired pizza, and actually asks me to fire it up often. I’ve had a couple friends say they will never go to a pizza chain again because of how good my pizza is. I have recently retired and I look forward to becoming, not only a better pizza maker, but trying different foods as well. One thing for sure is when we decide to move, I will be contacting Forno Bravo for another pizza oven. I am one happy man.”
