“Our tile choices: The color of the flag is important to us, as it represents “The Journey.” It was a subtle way of getting across “Viaggio”. We thought it really got lost with the big Forno Bravo letters that we originally planned. My wife came up with the idea of splitting the flags with the Forno Bravo Flame. That would also keep our original black top conception.”
