Castle Hot Springs Resort in Arizona Boasts a Modena120 Oven for Farm to Fork Delights
“We recently finished the design/build of the “Castle Hot Springs Resort” in Arizona. These shots depict the Forno Bravo that we incorporated into the outdoor kitchen on the property. I am the principal of the Edwards Design Group (Scottsdale, AZ.) I designed the resort, and specified this oven among all other products. The main purpose of the submittal is to show our use of your wonderful oven, and our appreciation of such a fine product.”
A little more about the property: Chef John Amann and agronomist Ian Beger, and their teams run Harvest Restaurant and the 3-acre farm on the property. The Modena wood fired oven is the perfect complement to their ‘Farm to Fork’ culinary focus. They use produce grown onsite and from other local suppliers for their various courses at this exclusive resort and restaurant.
