“We love wood fired pizzas and we were inspired by the Wood Fired Oven Chef’s videos. When building our outdoor kitchen, we decided our oven should be the centerpiece. We have found that cooking around the fire has created a great family experience. We have cooked pizzas, both deep dish, and cracker thin crust, which is our favorite! We have cooked whole Branzinos, ribeye steaks, racks of lamb, chicken – all of which have been the best we ever made. We especially love sourdough bread from the oven.”
