Accessory Sales
If an item shipped to you doesn’t meet your expectations, simply email sales@fornobravo.com with the details of the shipment and identifying the reason for the return. Return the item within 30 days (customer pays return shipping) and we will refund your credit card within 48 hours of receiving it.
In the event that an item arrives damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We will pay for return shipping. In most cases, we can ship out replacements within five business days of being notified. Some cases may take longer. Please notify Forno Bravo on receipt of a damaged item, sales@fornobravo.com or call 1.800.407.5119 for immediate attention.
If you wish to return a damaged item and not have it replaced, please notify Forno Bravo, return the item and we will issue a refund to your credit card within five business days.

Oven Sales
