Exciting News!
Hi Everyone,
I still have a number of posts to bring you, including interviews, Part Two of my NYC pan pizza tour, the International Symposium on Bread wrap-up, and more videos and recipes but things have been a little bit busy. This is the final week of school at Johnson & Wales University, so my Introduction to Baking class is about to take their final exams, and we’re still wrapping up the Symposium aftermath. However, here’s the biggest news of all, that I can finally share with you: we just signed a contract to bring Pizza Quest to a wider audience via the website Craftsy Unlimited. The first season will consist of about six episodes based on our existing webisodes, all edited to form longer episodes featuring some of our favorite people and places, like Tony Gemignani, Nancy Silverton, the Gastro District of San Francisco, Anthony Mangieri, and others. We are currently in the editing phase and I will announce the actual date of release as soon as we get the word from Craftsy, but I think it could be as early as later this summer. In the meantime, check out Craftsy.com and their new channel, Craftsy Unlimited to see what they do and how they do it, reaching over 14 million viewers (I know a number of you already have Craftsy courses, including mine, but this new Unlimited channel goes beyond the classes and includes travel and lifestyle content and entertainment too — kind of like Netflix). Anyway, more to come on this but I wanted to let you know why the posts have slowed down.
Of course, we’ll still continue to post here on our own site, even after the Craftsy Unlimited launch, but I think you will all be excited by the programs, which further our mission to celebrate artisanship wherever we find it.
Okay, on to graduation at Johnson & Wales, and I’ll be back soon with new posts and webisodes, so please keep checking back. Onward…..

The never ending quest….
