To Our 100th Newsletter Inspired By 'You'

Somehow it seems that each month that goes by we have something special to share. From new product announcements and chef panel introductions, to fun insider videos and even an eBook release. This month is no exception. Believe it or not, today marks our 100th newsletter. That’s 100 months of food, fire and family shared all over the world. 100 opportunities to inspire new and existing members of the WFO community, and 100 reasons to keep building upon this incredible, tight knit group that has grown over many, many years.

You are the inspiration… we merely strive to provide the best products, plans and information to help bring your dreams to life.

To help us celebrate, we asked all of you to send us pictures of your own wood fired ovens. In true Forno Bravo fashion, so many of you responded that we couldn’t possibly fit them all in this newsletter, but we’ll upload them to our inspiration gallery in the weeks to come for the whole community to see.

Thank you to each and every one of you for being a part of our journey through fire. We truly would not be here without you.

As we look forward to another 100 newsletters, we invite each and every one of you to try our selection wizard, view accessories & incredients in our online store, ask any questions you may have online, or simply give us a call at (800) 407 - 5119 and we’ll be happy to help.

Cheers!
The Forno Bravo Team

A Recipe to Get Those Creative Juices Flowing

Last month we shared an incredible cocktail party menu from FoodTerra's Eric Wilson, prepared entirely in the Bella Stainless Steel Pizza Oven. But of course a menu is not enough! Watch the video below to see how Eric puts a fiery twist on a classic cocktail.

Special Thanks From Our COO, Timothy Cole.

We appreciate our community more each day. In a stressful world, our community strives to inspire inclusiveness. Our community is built on the belief that sharing fire and food with family, friends and neighbors brings all together.

Contributors are not compensated, they freely offer expertise, hoping to build a stronger, more connected international community, breaking bread (or pizza) together. The foundation is our Forum, with 26,000 worldwide sharing projects and expertise to help anyone build their own oven. Our Chef Panel shares culinary ideas from all over the world. It is a community of inclusion through food and fire. These chefs have shared over 250 recipes to help grow our community.

Pizza Quest continues to expand it’s audience of aspiring Il Pizzaiolos. Videos and blogs by Peter Reinhart and guest contributors inspire our community.

What we have learned at Forno Bravo, is that our community desires a warm fire, great food and enjoyable company. Forno Bravo’s mission is not to sell ovens, but to freely educate the world on how these types of food and ovens can bring us together. It is our continued privilege to serve this community.

A special thanks to all our community partners for the effort they devote.
