Happy February! We hope you’ve had a productive and fruitful 2017 thus far. For those of you who have vowed to stick with your resolutions - stay strong. We believe in you! :)

January was full of incredibly exciting firsts and anticipated changes here at Forno Bravo. We announced Kissed by Fire with Brigit Binns (a recipe eBook with 39 wood fired dishes), completely redesigned our website mega-menu, introduced the Forno Bravo Expo video series, drastically improved our Primavera/Napolino crates (more on that below), and (deep breath) started preparing for our first appearance at the International Pizza Expo in March!

This month, we welcome Chef Marshall to our famed Chef Panel, follow Kylie Holland through the early beginnings of A Girl and Her Dragon Pizza, conclude the Pizzeria Brava della Strada series with Peter Reinhart, and lastly, open up pre-registration for live oven demos with Maestro Pizzaiolo, Leo Spizzirri in the coming expo.

With so many wonderful things on the horizon, we just wanted to stop and thank you for continuing to be a part of the #FornoBravoFamily. With all the new imports on the market today, we decided to take a hard look and retool the Primavera for today’s consumer. What we found is that many people want an oven more easily installed without sacrificing the higher quality that comes with a Forno Bravo pizza oven.

So we designed a new crate that allows all our smaller pizza ovens (Primavera, Andiamo and Napolino) to ship upright, completely pre-assembled and ready to roll off the crate. Ironically, the new design actually allowed us to reduce our manufacturing cost for the Primavera and Andiamo pizza ovens and we decided to pass that savings onto our customers.

If you order a Primavera and include our new “pre-cure” service, you can roll your Primavera pizza oven off the crate and be baking pizza in a couple hours!

It’s coming, and it’s coming fast. Yes, folks, the Pizza Expo is almost here. If there’s ever a good time to go to Vegas, it’s March 27-30, 2017. The world’s largest pizza industry show, the International Pizza Expo in March!, will be celebrating its 33rd year offering independent and chain pizzeria or pizza-concept restaurant owners, operators, managers, distributors and brokers the latest and greatest in the industry.
