Welcome!

Greetings, Forno Bravo community!

In this month's Wood-Fired Newsletter, we focus on oven stands and enclosures – elements that allow you to design and customize your oven exactly how you wish. The options are near-limitless, giving your imagination a chance to run wild ... before you even begin dreaming up recipes. Take a look at the article to the right for a number of design resources.

On the subject of stands, we're excited to announce a new collection of Forno Bravo modular stands: the Cucina Series. See below for information on how these stands simplify the task of installing a "built-in" oven. Scroll to the very bottom of this newsletter for a special offer on the Cucina Series stands!

Finally, we are happy to announce Forno Bravo continues to grow. We now have two new operations in Europe: Forno Bravo UK and Forno Bravo Benelux. We have inventory on the way to both regions, making it easy for customers there to order ovens for fast, local delivery. See below for details.

As always, we appreciate your support and enjoy hearing from you.

Best regards,
James

P.S. We'll report on the first Forno Bravo Expo (held Feb. 21-22) in next month's newsletter and share photographs and more from the event. In the meantime, I hope we'll "see" you on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

Introducing: Cucina Series Modular Pizza Oven Stands

For an attractive and quick-to-install stand, look no further than our new Cucina Series! This line of modular stands is specially made for our Primavera, Casa2G and Toscana series pizza ovens.

With these stands, you can easily give either a Forno Bravo modular oven kit or a fully assembled oven a custom, built-in look ... all without the effort and weight of building a concrete block (CMU) stand.

Each Cucina stand includes a knocked-down metal frame and pre-cut, pre-drilled backer board panels for the exterior. The stand can be assembled in minutes using a standard wrench and screwdriver. After assembling the Cucina stand, the installer simply pours standard concrete into the pre-formed hearth tray, and then places the Forno Bravo oven on top. Voilà!

To customize your look, the stand and oven enclosure can be finished in a wide range of materials, including stucco, stone and brick.

Forno Bravo Expansion in Europe

Last month we announced Forno Bravo has expanded to include an Australian outpost. This month, we're excited to report we have also established two new outposts in Europe: Forno Bravo UK and Forno Bravo Benelux!

Primavera70 oven

As you read this, our Casa2G, Primavera and Giardino ovens are on their way to both areas. (For those who aren't geography buffs, Benelux is a union comprising three countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.)

With these expansions, customers in both regions now can research and purchase Forno Bravo ovens in their local language and local currency and enjoy super-fast delivery. Customers can find our ovens at local dealers, such as garden centers and building supply stores, as well as take delivery from stock and work with local experts for installation and operation assistance.

Note that we are pricing our ovens aggressively in these markets. We continue to beat our competitors thanks to our perfect combination of quality, design and price – making Forno Bravo ovens the stand-out choice.

We also want to give a warm welcome to Pierluigi, our new Export Sales Manager! We're happy to have him on the Forno Bravo team.
