It’s so hard to believe that March is already upon us! The first crocuses came out this week and spring is always an energetic time. At Forno Bravo Central, we’re busy preparing for our second appearance at the International Pizza Expo (Next week!) and with the Pizza Oven High Season upon us, we can’t wait to start bringing our customer’s builds and visions to life.

Forno Bravo Gets Social at the 2018 International Pizza Expo

The 2018 International Pizza Expo is right around the corner! (March 20 - 22) We’ll be Live Streaming the excitement straight to you through our Facebook page. Be sure to check in regularly to see what’s happening on the show floor. Master Instructor and World Pizza Champion, Chef Leo Spizzirri will be knocking out the demos with great wood fired cooking tips and tricks-- showcasing different skills, ingredients, and techniques at every show. Sign up for our email blast to get reminders of Chef Leo’s Demo Times and a sneak peak at the menus he will be preparing for us in the Forno Bravo Oven!

If you are registered for the Expo itself, you can even join us at the booth (#2036) to see him in person.

The fun continues on Tuesday, March 20th at High Noon PDT. Hop onto a special Facebook Live Stream event with Culinary TV’s feature of the award-winning Peter Reinhart of Pizza Quest with Peter Reinhart. It will be streaming on the Forno Bravo facebook page.
