Spring is right around the corner, and for many of us, this time of year signals the beginning of some much-needed spring cleaning and other exciting projects around the house. If you already have a Forno Bravo oven, we can’t wait to see what recipes you whip up this spring. Despite some heavy wind and rain at our offices in Salinas, CA, our team has been really ramping up for our very first international Pizza Expo in Las Vegas! Available in either natural gas or liquid propane, the Vesuvio Gas Pizza Oven is extremely flexible and UL tested for use in outdoor kitchens.

In just a few short weeks, Las Vegas will be teeming with pizza aficionados from all over the world! On March 27 - 30, 2017, the International Pizza Expo will be celebrating its 33rd year offering independent and chain pizzeria or pizza-concept restaurant owners, operators, managers, distributors and brokers the latest and greatest in the industry.

Anyone who’s anyone in the pizza world will be there, and for the first time ever, you can see our commercial pizza ovens on the showroom floor!
