As marvelous May and the spring season draws to a close, we look forward to the warm summer months that are coming close on their heels. This means the launch of new oven builds for some folks and the celebration of all things wood and gas fired for others -- things like good food and great conversations! Enjoy the offerings in this month’s newsletter and let us know what else you would like to learn and explore in future issues!

Sneak Peak of Forno Bravo’s New Factory

Opened in the spring of 2021, Forno Bravo’s new 85,000 SF factory in Castroville, CA is up and running at full production levels. It is leaps and bounds beyond our former, much smaller facility in Salinas (and practically just down the street!) 

It features massive manufacturing and storage space, clean and efficient oven finishing areas for our craftsmen, commercial shipping docks, generous in-house sales and office space for the customer service team, and a beautiful showroom that we are building out for customer visits. We are so excited to share a sneak peak of our new home with you!

New Contest! Share your best Forno Bravo and Pompeii DIY oven builds photos on Instagram or Facebook for a chance to win some great prizes! It’s a SIMPLE 2-Step process to participate. 

  (1) Fill out the short contest entry form below, and then 
  (2) Create your post on Facebook and Instagram .* 

*Posts need to include:
-1 photo (minimum) - but more are appreciated 😀), 
-A bit of the story about your pics, and 
-Tag us in the description. That’s it!

Winners will be randomly chosen from the completed entries. Prizes include: 
  • 1st place = $200 + a Residential-Sized Dough Box + a Forno Bravo Shirt
  • 2nd place = $100 + a Dough Box
