Spinach in the Oven

Ingredients

bunch
spinach
well rinsed, raw not frozen
salt
extra virgin olive oil
or sesame oil
sesame seeds
or sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
Cut the spinach by hand just so the leaves are not too big to chew.
Arrange them on an extended oven proof dish.
Add salt and sprinkle some oil; just enough, you don’t want your spinach to fry or to swim in oil.
Put them in the oven for a few minutes and let them just break a good sweat.
Optional: add sesame seeds or sliced almonds
Notes
You may use blanched or raw asparagus or string beans in any combination. They’re all delicious. Be advised people will fight over them!
