The Fun Guy Pizza
A light, vegetarian pizza -- perfect for an afternoon feast!

- Ricotta Cheese
- Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
- Crimini Mushrooms
- White Mushrooms
- Portabello Mushrooms
- Leeks
- Garlic Olive Oil
Using your favorite pizza dough, spread ricotta evenly.
Cover with mozzarella.
Distribute sliced mushrooms and leeks. Sprinkle garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the top and bake!
*Bake time will depend on the oven temperature (typically 650 degF - 800 degF,) thickness of our dough, and amount of toppings applied. Cooking time ranges from 2 - 5 minutes.
'Shroom Tips:
* When selecting mushrooms, look for firm, evenly colored ones. Avoid mushrooms that are broken, damaged, or have soft spots, as well as those that seem damp, or smell of mildew.
* Store fresh mushrooms unwashed in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a single layer on a tray covered with a damp paper towel. Do not cover with plastic wrap.
* When ready to use, rinse them with cold water and blot dry with paper towels, or wipe them with a damp paper towel. Use right after cleaning or they will darken.
* Do trim 1/4" off of the stem ends (or remove the whole stem of a shiitake mushroom.) Slice into even thicknesses for consistent cooking times.
