Wood-Fired News: The Primavera Oven Edition

This is a particularly important and exciting edition of the Forno Bravo Wood-Fired Newsletter, as we are introducing the Primavera oven. More than just a new wood-fired oven, the Primavera oven represents a whole new class of wood oven. It's the world's first fully-featured Italian-style oven to require no installation and no special equipment to set it up. It is light enough to set in place by hand; it sits on a metal stand; it's a real Italian wood oven; and it is reasonably priced. This is going to be huge!

You can read more about the Primavera oven in this newsletter's Featured Article, or browse through the Top 10 Reasons to pick the Primavera oven, and you can read much more about the Primavera Oven on FornoBravo.com.

With all the different ways you can use the Primavera oven, including making Vera Pizza Napoletana, baking hearth bread, roasting, BBQ grilling and slow baking, this is a good time to remind you to download the Forno Bravo Wood-Fired Cooking eBook. This is one of my favorite FB eBooks because of the way it explores the world of wood-fired cooking. With recipes, photos, graphics and lots of information and theory on how wood-fired ovens work, it's a must-have for anyone who either has, or wants, a wood oven. Plus, it's free! You can also get the entire Forno Bravo eBook collection on the FB CD ROM -- our eBook series is highly recommended by the Masonry Heater Association.

If you are interest in seeing the Primavera oven in action, make sure to look into the Forno Bravo Channel on YouTube. There are videos on wood-fired pizza, lighting your oven, theory on how a wood oven works, wood-fired bread, beer can chicken, and more.

We hope you enjoy our Primavera oven edition newsletter.

Regards,
James

Ten Reasons to Pick the Primavera Oven

Featured Article

Primavera Oven

The Primavera Oven features an ample 24" cooking floor, landing, vent, chimney and metal stand. The dome is constructed using industrial-grade refractory materials, while the cooking floor is made with firebrick tiles -- just like a commercial pizza oven.

The oven will easily reach the high 800ºF+ temperatures necessary to bake Authentic Pizza Napoletana in about 30 minutes, and it will effortlessly bake Italian-style pizza in 90 seconds. It's the real deal.

The Primavera oven also excels at baking and roasting. With high-end refractories and space-age insulation, the oven retains heat for hours of baking -- while the oven enclosure remains cool.

Each oven includes a steel door and three-piece oven tool set.
