 idea on smoothing out bottom of anchor plate
Not sure if this will make much difference but I am flipping the anchor plate upside down and setting some bricks in place to smooth out the transition to the circle. The pipping originaly protruded out of the anchor plate by about an inch or so, so I though I would at this point kind of smooth out this area out. Also shown in post is my side wedges for the vent no in place...wayne
