Default Wire Brushes

Be careful with wire or brass brushes for cleaning your hearth before making pizzas.

This restaurant wishes they had not used a wire brush so does the customer!!!!

see ; Man has surgery after ingesting wire in pizza

Natural bristle or a damp 'cotton' mop works the best

They don't work that well anyway. A plain scraper works better.
