Default Soap Stone question

Perhaps it has been discussed, and Ive missed it. What is the concensus on soapstone floors?

I've read previously in this forum that it get's hot too fast, but it is a traditional material. I don't recall anyone weighing in who has used it though.

Ive heard the thing about soapstone getting too hot, but has anyone ever heard of a pizza burning/overcooking on the bottom before the top is done?
