Just wondering if anyone in the Northern Virginia area (or somewhere nearby) has a pizza oven that they would be interested in showing me and sharing building advice. I'm planning to start constructing my own oven soon and am looking for a little inspiration. It would be great to see things up close and hear about your experience. Thanks,

You should call Dave Konstantin (FB DC) -- he's your local FB Dealer and he helps us sell ovens in VA, DC and MD. Even though we like selling ovens, he would be able to give you tips on cooking, operations, etc. He uses his oven for demos and cooking classes.
