it's similar to HF they carry similar items different name but very similar some are identical to HF stuff .. they are all made by the same chinese company most likely ..
Anyway too good to pass at $49.99
probably just fine for tiles and firebricks

I did buy a 14" chop saw a while ago from them and I used it a lot even to cut steel above it's capacity (4" solid steel rods are a killer ) so it was a good buy even though I burned the motor about a year later

Yeah out of stock must be a popular item .. they also have a pricier model for $169
