| Hey Everyone, I just bout 100sq of Fiber blanket. Now my questions is. when i construct the dome with the fire bricks and heat stop mortor. can you wrap the fiber blanket directly onto the dome? or do i have to put something between the dome bricks and the fiber blanket? Any help is appreciated. I looked up the building plans, but it's not really clear. I'm assuming i can put it directly on the dome. |

| Run it right over the dome. Most use some type of wire to secure it while the stucco is applied or an oven house is built. Chris PS think in terms of heat rising and trying to cap the dome to hold the heat down. |
