| This is the starting photos of a Elisa Model 90 36" oven from LA Ovens. We opted for a combination construction method with a block base and a steel frame top. The floor is insulated with spun ceramic boards and it is double wrapped in 2" spun ceramic blankets and the remaining void is filled with vermiculite. covered in Hardibacker boards then stucco with tile. The shelf and work table will be covered with rose marble and the chimney will be a double wall insulated dura chimney inside a mid 1800's chimney from England. the roof will be copper. This is the first set of pictures the rest will be posted in about a week. It is complete now and we just completed the break in fires. Let me know what you think and if you have any questions. |
