I often refer to him as &#8220;the most connected guy in pizza,&#8221; and that is not an understatement.\u00a0 In addition to his legendary <strong><em>Scott&#8217;s Pizza Tours<\/em><\/strong> and his ongoing social media and video posts from pizzerias that most of us can only dream of visiting, Scott is a major presence, emcee, and judge at the <em>International Pizza Expo<\/em> and other conferences and gatherings, is a philanthropist via <em>Slice Out Hunger<\/em>, a non-profit that he helped found, and is still the <em>Guinness<\/em> record holder of the world&#8217;s largest (and ever growing) collection of pizza boxes from all around the world. As our man on the streets, Scott is also the one guy I trust most when it comes to spotting and alerting us to new trends and what we should be putting on our pizza radar screens.We&#8217;ll discuss all of this and much more in this delightful conversation with the guy I think of as (yes, choose your analogy) the <em>Mr. Pizza,<\/em> the <em>Vin Scully<\/em>, the <em>Stephen A.
