First, we recently had <em>Caputo Cup<\/em> champion Siler Chapman on with us and, now, his compatriot and fellow member of the <em>US Pizza Champions team<\/em>, Audrey Kelly is here to tell us about her own championship gold medal in the pan pizza category at the <em>Caputo Cup<\/em>. \u00a0Audrey has been on <em>Pizza Quest<\/em> in the past, showing us how she makes her signature <em>Grandma Pizza<\/em> at <strong>Audrey Jane&#8217;s Pizza Garage<\/strong> in Boulder, CO, which she calls <em>The Patty. S<\/em>o, refer to her earlier episode <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fornobravo.com\/pizzaquest\/pizza-talk-audreys-pizza-garage\/\">here<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>As we learn in this new episode, it was a variation of that very same <em>Grandma Pizza<\/em> that she made for the judges in Naples that earned her this year&#8217;s big prize. Audrey is also one of the early founders of the <em>Women in Pizza<\/em> movement and is a regular contributor to <em>Pizza Today<\/em> <em>Magazine<\/em>.
